1. Who we are
This website, matiforge.com, is operated by MatiForge Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at D150/3-1, Chhatarpur Extension, New Delhi, Delhi 110074, India. For the personal data described in this policy we are the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the data controller under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") where those apply.

This policy covers visitors to this website and people who contact us through it. Personal data that we process for a client under a services agreement, for example data inside a platform we build or operate, is governed by that agreement; the client is the data fiduciary and we act on its written instructions.
2. What we collect, why, and on what basis
We collect only what each purpose needs.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website and do not ask for it. If you include it in a message, we use it only to reply.
Nothing here is directed at children. If you are under 18 do not submit personal data; if we learn we hold a child's data without verifiable parental consent we delete it.
3. Who receives personal data
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you, each bound by contract to process it only on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. (USA and EU regions): hosting, cookieless analytics and performance measurement.
- Resend Inc. (USA, with EU data residency available): delivery of contact-form notifications.
- Google LLC and LinkedIn Corporation, only on the pages and only after the consent described above: advertising measurement.
We also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example to a court, regulator or law-enforcement agency acting under Indian law, and to a successor if the business is transferred, in which case the successor is bound by this policy.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Where personal data is kept and transferred
Our providers process data in the United States and the European Union. For transfers out of India we rely on the safeguards permitted under the DPDP Act and the contractual terms of each provider. For visitors in the EU or UK, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it

When a purpose ends, or you withdraw consent, we delete or anonymise the data unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time and free of charge:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Correct or complete it, or have it erased.
- Withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, for example by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
- Object to or restrict processing, and receive a copy in a portable format, where the GDPR applies.
Write to the Grievance Officer below or to hello@matiforge.com. We may ask for enough information to confirm it is you. We respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it accepts complaints, and, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local supervisory authority.
7. Grievance Officer
In accordance with Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the DPDP Act 2023, our Grievance Officer is:

Grievances about the handling of personal data are acknowledged on receipt and resolved within one month.
8. Security
We keep reasonable security practices proportionate to the data we hold: HTTPS everywhere with strict transport security, a content security policy that allows no third-party scripts on public pages, access to enquiries limited to the people who need it, secrets held in the hosting platform rather than in code, and providers chosen for their published security programmes. If a breach is likely to harm you we notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
9. Cookies
The site is cookieless except for the choice you make in the consent banner and, only after you accept, the advertising tags described above. The full list is in our Cookie policy.
10. Language
This policy is in English. On request we provide it in Hindi or another language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
11. Changes
We update the date at the top when this policy changes and describe material changes on this page.
