1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of matiforge.com (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy form part of these terms.

2. Who we are

The site is published by MatiForge Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at D150/3-1, Chhatarpur Extension, New Delhi, Delhi 110074, India. 3. Permitted use and licence

You may view the site, print or download pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to MatiForge and a link to the source page. You may not copy whole pages, republish or sell our content, remove notices, mirror the site, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the site in any way that breaks applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system; probe, scan or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission; introduce malicious code; overload it or interfere with anyone else's use; scrape it at a rate that affects its operation; or submit forms automatically or with false details. Automated access to the public pages, the Markdown mirror and llms.txt at reasonable rates for search and AI indexing is permitted subject to robots.txt.

5. Intellectual property

The text, code samples, images, design and marks on the site belong to MatiForge Technologies LLP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Open-source material we publish is licensed under the licence stated with it. Jversity and MatiForge are our marks.

6. Information, not advice

Content on the site describes our services, products and views in general terms. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.

7. Products and third-party sites

Our products, including Jversity, have their own websites, terms and privacy policies, and those apply when you use them. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Material you send us

Anything you submit through the contact form, campaign pages or by email must be accurate and lawful and must not infringe anyone's rights. We use it to respond to you and as described in the Privacy policy. Do not send confidential information before we have agreed in writing to receive it; ideas and suggestions you send about our services may be used without obligation.

9. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatiForge Technologies LLP and its partners are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms by posting the revised version with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from the site are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable the rest continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business.
