A room that is genuinely private
In a one-to-one classroom the room belongs to one student, not to the subject. Five students in the same classroom get five separate rooms, and nobody can walk into a lesson that is not theirs.

How it is built
The room knows whose lesson it is
Each one-to-one room records the student it was opened for. Rooms used to be found by subject alone, which meant a classroom with five students shared one room per subject and any of the five could join it. That is now impossible by construction.
The teacher is always first in
A student's door opens on the teacher actually taking a join link, not on the class being marked as started, so nobody ever sits alone in an empty room wondering.
A closed laptop still ends the class
The teacher's page checks in once a minute. If they close the tab or the machine dies, a sweep ends the lesson properly after a grace period, so the recording finalises instead of the class staying open forever.
Cohort dates are refused here
One-to-one tuition has no start and end date, so the platform refuses to set them, rather than letting a field exist that means nothing.

Can one classroom hold several private students?
Yes. They share the subject and your timetable, but each one gets their own room, their own billing and their own history, and they never see each other.
How do students pay?
Monthly, on your own payment gateway account, and they can cancel at any time. The money goes to you directly.
Are lessons recorded?
If you record, the file is transcoded and published to that student's lesson history automatically. Nobody else can see it.
Can I cancel one student's lesson without telling everyone?
Yes. An announcement can be addressed to a single student, which is the normal case in private tuition.
